There are many variables that influence the cost of coaching. Individuals seeking coaching can choose our all-inclusive, productivity coaching package or we can tailor a coaching program designed specifically to focus on the clients pressing concerns and specific initiatives.

When possible, we prefer to work with individuals or select teams in our comprehensive productivity coaching arrangement. This program provides access to all of the tools, techniques, and strategies needed to make your coaching program a success for one convenient monthly fee. This complete coaching arrangement provides individuals with the opportunity to progress and achieve their goals quickly.
This program offers participants full access to all of the following benefits:

  • one hour per month of one-on-one coaching
  • one hour per month of focus coaching which can either be individual or in a small group of individuals that are focused on similar issues or concerns in the marketplace
  • completion and a comprehensive debrief of one recommended insight assessment tool each quarter
  • enrollment and attendance at one of our one or two-day group focus workshops

Customized coaching packages for mid-level executives are comparable in price to the investment you would expect to make for quality legal counsel. The desired frequency of engagement, length of a coaching session, method of delivery (in person, via phone, Skype, etc.), and whether the coaching is individual or team-based, all influence cost. For customized coaching plans we will perform a comprehensive assessment and offer specific recommendations with the exact costs prior to engagement.
