Effective coaching can be accomplished in several ways. In some instances, our coaching is accomplished one-on-one in person, but by far, most of our coaching is by phone, videoconference, or email interaction. Most of our coaching relationships benefit from a combination of all of these effective methods of communication. Regardless of the format we choose, successful coaching requires meaningful conversations that are usually scheduled in sessions lasting between 30 and 90 minutes. These interactions take place twice a month with targeted activities and implementation of change in between.

For situations where we mutually agree that more intensive coaching is desirable, two and three-hour sessions can be arranged. We can also structure half-day or full-day “shadowing sessions” which allow us to observe your interactions and provide detailed feedback and suggestions. These sessions allow us to suggest the job-specific recommendations that are more holistic and provide you with the opportunity to improve your communications, management techniques, and work habits.
