IMPECCABLE EXECUTION

How is the Program Structured?

The typical Proven Paradigm Leadership Development engagement begins with an intense 6 to 12 month program where we define the goals that we wish to focus on, assess and measure where we are currently, mutually explore our options for engagement, and proactively map out the way forward. Lasting change and deep leadership competency can only be achieved through a process that is a combination of art and science, concentrating on both “hard skills” and “soft skills” to produce well rounded, intuitive leaders.

PARTICIPANTS UNDERTAKE A SERIES OF CAREFULLY-CRAFTED ASSESSMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED WITH DETAILED REPORTS, GUIDANCE, AND FEEDBACK THAT HAS REAL-WORLD APPLICATION.

The success of the Elite Leadership Development Program rests on a foundation of time-tested assessment tools that utilize rigorous data analysis that has been developed and refined by researchers and statisticians. Eric continuously tailors and refines these crucial building blocks to help leaders tap into personal insights that reveal why they do what they do and empowers them to fully embrace their full-range leadership capabilities.

FAQs

The Proven Paradigm Elite Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is designed to develop and benefit individuals who are currently in leadership positions and are willing to do the hard work necessary to broaden and deepen their leadership capabilities. Most of the leaders who engage in the program are looking for methods and skill development techniques to help them more effectively lead a wider array of direct reports. This program has been successful with C-suite leaders, mid-level organizational executives, and frontline leaders alike.

The Proven Paradigm ELDP is a bespoke leadership development program based on Dr. Downing’s personal elite unit experience, Fortune 100 executive leadership and development experience, as well as his doctorate academic research in the area. The core tenets of the program center around the identification of five “Elite Elements” that are inherent in elite military operations as well as highly prevalent in elite business leaders and teams.

The Proven Paradigm ELDP utilizes a series of science-based behavioral assessments that form the cornerstone of the developmental experience. We start the process by identifying each leader’s individual inherent motivational drivers and then utilize those insights to develop and strengthen their capabilities and broaden their insights as it relates to the five essential elements of elite performance. This is a rigorous program that is designed to equip leaders with characteristics and tools that allow them to utilize their deeper understanding of their inherent motivational drivers to become more effective situational leaders. The same behavioral science tools that empower the leaders to understand their own inherent drivers are also utilized to assess and quantify the inherent motivational drivers of their direct reports and frontline managers during the developmental engagement.
